Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every plan is billed monthly or yearly with no lock-in — cancel anytime from your billing portal and you'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Will the free plan stay free?
Yes. Species discovery, species profiles, basic scanning and essential Danger Meter safety guidance will always stay free and open — paid plans only add deeper tools on top.
What payment methods are supported?
Checkout is handled securely through Cashfree, supporting cards, UPI, net banking and other local payment methods depending on your region.
Is yearly billing actually cheaper?
Yes — yearly billing is discounted compared to paying monthly for 12 months, and the exact amount you save is shown next to each plan when you switch to YEARLY.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade between Explorer and Field Pro at any time — your billing adjusts automatically from your next cycle.
